Review Episode: Dexter disregarded Brother Sam’s advice to “just let go,” and killed Nick, instead of seeing Harry on the beach, he saw his brother Brian. So why is he channeling his evil brother instead of the voice of reason that was Harry? This video may give us some clue... I like that Brian refers to Deb as “the one that got away.” Too true. Too True. More to the point, based on the conversation between Brian and Dexter, I’m thinking Dexter’s dark passenger is looking to scrub the influence of the recently deceased Brother Sam from Dexter’s mind, and what better way to do that than to re-introduce an old connection?
