Review Episode: Jax and Tara travel to Oregon and get a glimpse of life without SAMCRO, but discover that their reality is hard to escape.Meanwhile, Gemma has connected Clay taking all of their money to the hit on Tara and confronts him. They argue, Gemma pulls a gun out on Clay and threatens to tell Jax everything… and then Clay beats the shit out of her. Wow. Clay has always been a violent and unpredictable man but I never expected he would hurt a woman, let alone Gemma. He’s in deep shit now, as Gemma tells Unser at the end that she’s going to get a “Son” to kill him.

What made “Hands” so great was that it felt like a penultimate episode but it wasn’t: there’s still four (previously three, but FX have ordered a 14th episode to end the season) episodes to go. Four episodes with a lot still to happen: Tara’s hit, the cartel deal, Potter and Juice, the Irish, the future of Jax and SAMCRO and obviously, Clay’s fate. If he is going to die, who’s going to be the one to kill him? My money’s on Opie. Let’s see what happens.
